Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include any forms provided by our customer service team. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Receiving Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
